Default 99 days on the beach

99 days on the beach...weight 200...lost 35lbs in 99 days. Next week I should be able to enter 'onederland', as some here call it, for the first time in more than 20 years.

I have 10lbs to go until goal, but looking in the mirror I see that I probably misjudged what my goal should be...I'm guessing that it might be closer to 180...we'll see...when I started this journey the thought of making it to 190 seemed unatainable...now I'm thinking I can get below it...

SBD has really opened my eyes to think that anything is possible...not only have I lost weight, I feel better, I don't sweat like I used to, my skin and hair are in better shape, I have a better self image, and to top it all off my digestive system works better than ever...bottom line?...I'm feeling healthy.

SBD works and will be with me from now on....this is a very healthy WOE.

This is sooo encouraging to me..I am ..I think..15lbs from my goal..welll ,my goal changes often..when I was 220lbs I wanted to be 150..Now that I am 154 I see I can easily go to 140-145 with no problem

I reeally want to be trim and fit..I know I will achieve this goal...Its very encouraging to know others can and have also

Pstar, you are going ever so well!!! I must say this is the best WOE that I have found yet and believe me, I am sure I have tried them all!!
The best thing I have found about this is that I am not hungry and though I was a big bread and pasta eater, I dont miss them at all now.
I just hope I will still enjoy the salads as much when the colder weather comes. That is when I really love toasted sandwiches LOL!!
