Default Random Question

I am on my second week of induction and have not seen much weight loss. I can however see that my clothes feel better
I am starting to get discouraged--I am been very strict--somewhat obsessive. I don't know the problem. I am a teacher and this is my spring break so I have been very careful this week. I also drink lots of water, especially in the evening.

Two Eggs scrambled with a little cheese
Tune with Mayo
Grilled Hamburger/ tablespoon of A1 sauce with Salad and Low carb Ranch??

Is this good???

Also, one more thing!! My husband loves Japanese food--does anyone know the ingredients in the salad dressing--I had a little on my salad this weekend and was just wondering. The waiter said it was mayo based and had ginger in it but that was all he knew--just curious Thanks!!!

Smile Measure

Measure yourself!!!! Muscle weighs more than fat so if you clothes are fitting better you may be losing inches instead of pounds!

My tape measure has saved me a good many times form smashing my scales

Inches are just as important to most as pounds - more so to me! I am more concerned with how I look and what size clothes I wear than what the scale says! However, I am also a scaleaholic - can't walk by without jumpin' on!

If you haven't started a journal - give it a try - it's how most of us communicate back and forth on here. If you get one started feel free to pop over to mine and leave a note - I'll always reply back in your journal!

Good Luck!
Barb

Hang in there! You are not terribly far from goal - that makes the process a bit slower. I promise you - it WILL come off!

Where are your veggies??????? You need to get some salads and veggies into your diet, that will rpobably help get things "moving" again for you.

I agree with Teresamy. You need those veggies for the 20G of carbs you need to have during induction. Be sure to check the list of acceptable foods. There is no need to ever be hungry with everything that is A-OK to eat.

Good luck!
