Default Bought the wrong bottle of multivitamins

I accidently bought the wrong type of multivitamins. TWICE. First time, I bought one that says it's for Men. Then the 2nd time it says it's for Mature people.

I still have both bottles. Question. As a woman, is it ok if I take the ones that are for the guys? Is there a difference? Am I going to start looking like a man? What's "Mature"? For people 60+ or over or something like that? I'm not yet 60, but many times I feel like it How about if it contains iron? Do I really need iron? I do eat meat, but not very much of beef.

Thanks guys!

Serri

Serre, Why don't you just return them. I did that by mistake. I bought a multivitamin with iron instead of without and told the dude and he let me return it even though I had used some. If you can return it then you won't have to use them. Or you can give them to a friend. Are the "ingredients" the same but just higher" doses, if so I guess you could use it. Probably are.

Iron is bad because of the irregularity issues it may bring.

Don't want you getting any man hair or something.

i don't think a little vitamin will give you any man like qualities. I believe the only way to go about doing that is with hormones/ steroids...

Hi Red
Great idea. I'll try to return both bottles or give them away. None of them got iron in it but I was struck at how hard it is to find a bottle of multivitamin that is iron-free. Yes, the bottle that is labeled "for men" got higher dosage of vitamins in there.

Hehe Lili, I said that with tongue-in-cheek, but thanks for the comforting words
