A Pound, A Pound!!!!
Hey, I know its not much, but I'm trying to get my blood count back up so I'm eating a lot of spinach and green veggies and red meat along with taking all of this iron every night. So... I'm not really able at the moment to cut my carb level down to a place where I can actively lose, I'm following more of a maintanence program than an ongoing weight loss phase at the moment and I'm still too tired to exercise. But I am sticking to the Atkins plan, no sugar, healthy foods, etc. SO I AM SO EXCITED, I lost a pound today despite all of this. Now I only have seven more to go!
