Unhappy muscle loss?

hey when you run out of fat to burn, is muscle loss next? my leg muscles have been feeling weird all week long, kinda like their worn-out
first time they have felt like that since i started atkins. i know i have very little body fat left. help!!!

muscle loss occurs simultaneously actually-- you just loose more fat than muscle if you've got a lot of fat. And yup, if u don't have *any* fat, you're body will burn muscle-- it'll even start eating up your organs and your heart. BUT, that's only have weeks of starvation-- we all have plenty of fat stored all over our bodies, protecting organs, etc

maybe u've over-exercised? Or just not enough glucose?
