Smile Thanks for the Inspiration!

I read Dr. Atkins book last year, and Somersize as well. I gave the Atkins diet a half hearted attempt, but never really got started. I found this site last week and have enjoyed reading all of your posts. You gave me the inspiration to try again, and seriously this time!

Default welcome

Hi nice nick. Welcome, so glad that you bookmarked our site.

You'll find lots of inspiration and knowledge here. There are lots of members doing Atkins with great success.

If you haven't had a change, read some of the success stories as well as the journals in Bootcamp.

Stop by often and let us know your progress.

Glad you are here, Lilac

Everyone here really seems to do well in the "inspiration" department. Seeing the struggles and triumphs of others seems to make my own path so much better.

Keep reading and posting, let us know how you are doing!
