Talking My Son - What A Difference

Good Day!!

As most of you know, my wife and son are doing this with me - we have all adopted a new WOL. My son is 8, about to turn 9 in June. He asked to do the diet with us, because he wanted to be in shape for football this year (He played for the first time last year and had a blast). Anyway - he is doing great!!! He is down 14 lbs and starting to get comments from people. Take a look - the picture is also in the gallery - so if you want to go there and leave comments for him I am sure he would get a huge kick out of that.

Hi! I am so happy for you that you are going with the Atkins plan to help get healthier! I carried too much weight as a child (and adult) and it never gets any easier as you get older. You're starting young and should have great success with this! Congratulations on the weight you've already lost! Keep up the good work!

Woo-hoo! Way to go!

That is so inspiring! How wonderful for a young person to escape the problems that come with being a chubby kid. He looks fabulous and is certainly adorable!!
