Today I started getting my butt up out of bed at 4 a.m. to do aerobics 3-4 days a week and strength training 2-3 days a week.
Today I did Richard Simmons Dance Your Pants Off. I only did half the tape, but I don't want to over do it because then I won't do it again for awhile if I'm too sore.
When I get home I'm going to walk my dog and play with her. I'm feeling a little tired right now, hoping my second wind comes. Or else I'm gonna be in zzzzz land. LOL!
