Question HOW MANY CARBS IN RUSK?

Does anybody know the carb count in rusk, I can't get pork rinds that dont have them in, or sausages. So I thought that if I knew what it was, I could just add it in.
Please tell me somebody knows.
Thanks in advance

I'm with you on this, except I can't find pork rinds at all! I've been told I will have to order from county Cork if I want sausages without rusk in them. Even the plain old sausage meat has rusk added (I was considering making my own). Anyone have any idea's?
