Default New Here and Saying HI

I just wanted to drop in and say Hell-o. I've been reading some of your posts over the last week or so and decided to jump in today. I even started a journal so stop by and give me some advice anytime! I'm not new to CAD. I did it many, many years ago and had great success. I lost 48 pounds and got to my goal weight. I'm not sure what really happened to make me abandon CAD because it was the only time I've ever been free from obsessing over food. I'm back and hoping for that same feeling again and the weight loss would be nice too!

Thanks for the welcome notes! I really think this forum will help me stay on track. You are all doing so good! I'm so amazed at how quickly this way of eating takes away those cravings. It's really remarkable! I'm sitting here at work, not hungry at all and not even really caring what I'll eat for lunch. Normally, I'm thinking about lunch shortly after I eat breakfast....
