Default OMG..Kozy Shack By Request pudding...

Is soooo good! I got it at Wal-Mart in the fridge section. The tapioca is what I got, as it had the lowest carbs at 11 minus 3 for fiber. I don't subtract the sugar alcohols ever...(except erythritol, cuz it does not affect me in any way) This doesn't have it unfortunately. The sugar alcohols come in at 4 per serving. Don't really like the evil sugar alcohols like isomalt, but as a treat once in a while...well this is RICH! Yum...

I love Kosy Shack, I love Tapioca. Is it advertized as LC? I'm very exited now.

The box says it is has 54% less carbs, 34% less calories, and 18% less fat. It is called KOZY SHACK "BY REQUEST" No sugar added pudding. It should be good for a treat when you are craving, for sure. I will not eat too much, b/c of the isomalt (bad tummy effects, and stalled weight loss) But I are one, and it was fine. I hope you can find it! I know you will like it...it is so much like the original....
(which is my fave)

I found their By Request, No Sugar Added Chocolate Pudding over at Health Bound in Belmont, CA.

Great taste. A little on the high side at 10 net carbs, but as an occasional treat, a fine addition.

Too bad the major stores that carry the Kozy Shack regular puddings don't carry the "by request" line.

Thanks for the info Lil Gizmo
I hate Isomalt TOO - I had some Carborite chewy fruit candies that were delicious but the gas was endless - just ridiculous!!! I got rid of the candies within a few days.

Your welcome, Jeanne...I have not had too many problems with this. It has a very small amount of isomalt, and I believe that makes all the difference in the world. I absolutely will not eat more than one in a day, b/c of the gas...lol...don't forget the explosive diarrhea, if you eat 4 of the SF Mini Reese's peanut butter cups lol....
