About 2 weeks since I weighed/posted and am down 4 pounds since then. I really need to work on my water intake. I'm just not drinking like I should and need to work on the LC treats. I started out just one a week or so and need to cut back badly- next weigh in will be better I hope.

Hey Everyone,

Haven't posted lately because I decided to go back on induction. This is actualy my first time doing it since the first time. I'm on Day three and counting. I weighed in on Monday and my weight was up a pound or so. I'm going to change my stats here though I'm pretty positive--based on the way my clothes are fitting--that I've already lost that, plus some.

Hi all,

I just discovered the challanges and was wondering if I could join you all in this adventure? My current weight is 218 and I'd like to lose 30 lbs by July 4th. (modest enough?) So my goal is 188. You guys are doing great! I love the support on this site.

Is there a weigh-in day? Or do I just post on the regular day of the week I weigh normally? Any other rules I should know about? Thanks for putting up with a newbie!

I had another question, how do you get those banners that say how much you've lost? I think their great and to all of you who have them...way to go!

Hi Christina, Welcome the forum. Anyone is welcome to join. I added you in the list below and it's in alphabetical order. You can weigh in whenever you like. Just make sure when you add your weight that you copy the very last list posted that way everyones numbers stay accurate.

As far as the banner goes here is the code for it and it goes into the Profile - Signature section:

Just make sure you take out the space between the bracket so it looks like [img]

Also the number 086 in 086.jpg reflects the amount I've lost and you edit the number to reflect what you want.

For example, based on the numbers in your stats you've lost 21lbs, Congrats. Here's the code: [ img]http://www.berighteous.com/atkins/021.jpg[/img] again remove the space in the bracket.

Hi everyone. yesterday I was so tempted to post because when I stepped on the scale, the scale said: "163.5" , I tried it twice and both times it responded with 163.5. I thought I actually lost a whole pound in one week. But alas today, it said, "164". I tried that 3 times (anything to coax the stubborn thing!) but to no avail. so I am posting my big 1/2 lb loss.

Hi everyone!

I would like to join this challenge. Starting today should give me about 100 days.... to lose 30#'s My body really seems to like eating LC. I have also joined another challenge no weighing for 100 days. SO..... it's perfect. I'll weigh again July 4th. My Scale will be sooooo surprised! hehehe
