Hi everyone, pleased to meet you.
I'm starting South Beach again next week. I started the induction phase back in February but I quit because I hadn't planned ahead far enough and South Beach requires a lot of meal planning. But I still have a 7 lb weight loss to show for my efforts!
I have quite a bit of weight to lose. I was heavy to begin with and then put on a lot of midsection weight while I was on Paxil. (Paxil is known for causing weight gain.) But this weight seems eager to come off with low carbing, so I'm optimistic.
