and ate a whole bag of salt and vinegar chips (280g). I can't believe l did this.
I've been very good and have not strayed at all. I've been under a lot of
emotional stress and I gave in. I'm so angry and upset with myself. What do I
do now? I feel awfull....................

What you do is you get right back on the low-carb horse and stray no more.
And if you are tempted, just remember how cr*ppy you feel now.

I would go back to the basics if I were you. It will take several days to get your body back into burning fat again. Be good from now on. It's not worth it.You'll be ok because you know how great it will be to reach your goal!!!

I agree to get right back with it. It's over with and it's best to just forget it and move forward.

Those are a big weakness for me too, but you know what? It could have been a lot worse. Potato chips aren't the worst thing you could have had, so induction for a few days should get you right back on track.

thanks everyone. I must also confess that after a full year with no pasta
I had real spagetti with low carb sauce. Today I woke up with a hangover
My head hurts!!! Is this how everyone feels when they have carb overload.
Well I've cheated twice in one week after a year low carbing and it ends now.
I'm back on track and not looking back. Once again, thanks everyone for
your kind and encouraging words. Its great that we all stick together and
support one another.[SIZE=1]
