Default Hi all!

I'm brand new. Scared to death I won't succeed (funny coming form a therapist -- I know! I've tried diet after diet without success. Plus I have a thyroid condition that makes things a tad challenging. If there's anyone out there who's had a similar experience, I love to hear from you. Glad to be joining your group!

Well, if you're a therapist, you know that you should feel the fear and do it anyway, right? The worst thing that can happen is that you'll be eating lots of vegetables and whole foods, and you'll be no worse off than you are now.

You probably noticed that we have a Thyroid Diseases forum. Drop in and say hi!

Welcome aboard and good luck!
