Question Question about LC when sick

I am sick, (taking antibiotics and other meds sick). I am not hungry at all, but the medications I was prescribed mandate that I have someting in my stomach because of the TERRIBLE nausea. The first day I tried to continue with the LC, but it did not sit well in my stomach. I was more nauseated (perhaps the high-fat?). Any suggestions? I don't want to undo the diet, but I feel SO lousy.

When I have a stomach ache meat and veggies are low on my list of foods I can tolerate. I find myself eating cream cheese, LC flax cereal, hot teas, chicken broth, coffee with cream etc.

I hope you are feeling better soon!

I haven't been sick since doing the LC thing, however I would agree about things like Flax cereal...perhaps if you are on OWL, eating a piece of LC buttered bread (I use nature's own bread it's really good)

ginger helps w/ nausea so how about ginger tea or egg drop soup? (Take chicken broth, add in ginger. when boiling stir in a well beaten egg. Add a splash of soy sauce and some green onions. )
