Talking This initially was my goal!

Today I reached 135. I'm so happy! I restarted induction - I still don't count my carbs but I am pretty sure I'm close to 20 - on last Monday. I was between 138 and 137 and Now I'm down to 135.

I'm so happy I am about to cry! Now off to exercise for a few minutes.

YES! Yes! Happy day! No real weight loss since Christmas and now...!

I have to be honest w/ myself. I think I was just cheated my self for 3 months, I wasn't in ketosis I'm pretty sure -I ate too many carbs. Things like licking off the knife I used to spread the syrup on my son's waffle etc, cheated myself right out of losing.

Who all is doing the re-induction challenge? I'm staying on - but I started last Monday after a full Blown Cheat at Uno's Rest.

I don't know when exactly I started LCIng. I began Herbal life on Aug. 23 and lost minimal pounds and was so hungry (it's very HC) - the rep said the LC method would be better for me. Btu then you had to eat their soup and lean protein. I just started reading Atkins and cut way back on everything. I never did a traditional "induction"

Right now I'm probably doing very close to a traditional induction although I'm still not counting carbs / using fitday.

I'm a bit concerned at the moment as I don't seem to be in ketosis but hopefully it's just too much fluids in may system to measure.
