Default restless legs

I should have asked about this in my earlier post but it slipped my mind. Since I have started this diet I noticed that I seem to have restless legs. You know, it just feels as if you have to do something for your legs. My son used to say his legs were "tickling" and that is a very good description of the sensation.

I did have this problem when I was young but I haven't been bothered by it since adulthood until I started the diet. Has anyone else experienced this?

Try a good multi B vitamin that has all the B's...say 50 mg. each. Take that besides your usual multi. That is supposed to cure restless leg syndrome. Hope that helps. ...Edie

You might try some tonic water, too. Get the diet, not regular, as the regular has carbs. My sister was prescribed tonic water (quinine is the ingredient that helps) for restless legs.

I had that too...have not in the past few weeks though.....I am sure I read in one of my Atkins books it suggested Calcium .....you should have 500g's a day...and I don't think I was getting that. I bought a calcium supllement...and I've never had them since. (knock on wood).
