I'm back

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say Hi here in the TDC. Haven't been on the forum for awhile, even though I've been somewhat lower carb (I think I've experienced what maintenance will be like). While I haven't gained anything, I haven't lost anymore either. And I'm ready to get back on the wagon. My fridge is full of low carb "stuff". Mostly basics, but I couldn't resist these new low carb chocolate cookies I found at the grocery store near my home.

I'm going to catch up on journals and stuff. Anxious to hear how everyone's been doing.
