Horse Pills?

In Protein Power the authors recommend Twinlab Dual Tab Sustained Release Mega Vitamin and Mineral Formula. I was about to order some online when I saw a warning that the tablets were HUGE and people had said they couldn't swallow them.

As I have a strong gag reflex I've always taken pills with food, but I don't want to bet on being able to take these and find I've wasted my money.

Have any of you bought these and can you give me an exact measurement so I can get an idea of whether I should get them or not?

i don't know how big they are, but i do know that you can find them at regular stores. do you have a GNC near you, or other health food store? they are even at my grocery store in the healthy food section. you may be able to see how big they are there before you order them.
