Congratulations Melissa and also thanks for posting the information about your weight related to quitting smoking because I know many people are afraid to quit because they might gain.

Congratulations again,

Congratulations Melissa!

It's so encouraging to see success like yours.

But... why did you change your stats? (Under your avatar.) It's no longer showing the whole picture at a glance and what an accomplishment you've made.

Love your new pic too!

Rocky

Incredible! I just saw your before & after pics, and your transformation is amazing.

If I'm not already, may I be the first to say, I'M INCREDIBLY JEALOUS?

(now, doesn't that feel nice? )

Congrats on the loss!!! I love reading the success stories. In fact its what i did most when i first came to this site before i posted anything or even registared for that matter. I was considering different diets that i havent tried yet and being that i have pcos and lcing is often best for what i have i decided it was time to get serious. And all these stories is what keeps me going. Thank you and you look great!

truly amazing Melissa. Isn't it the most wonderful feeling to make such a change and feel so good too.... And to quit smoking on top of it too. I was a smoker so I can relate to achieving that goal... It's amazing what hard work and dedication can do.

good luck and you look absolutely marvelous..[U]

Melissa, congratulations! This is my first post - I'm on my second week of induction now. I've seen some success stories of men who have lost weight quickly - but few females. Please answer some questions if you don't mind! Aproximately how many carbs did you take in daily? Did you eat veggies or salads? What did you eat at times when you might have been extra hungry or feeling tired? What supplements did you take? How much liquids did you usually drink? I hope you don't mind the detailed questions - having a new baby and doing as well as you did is truly amazing! You look great in your photo - very happy - and I am very happy for you!

Lisa
