Question One quick question.

Okay, i just started Induction 2 days ago, but because of the weekend I never really thought about school. My question was, what should I eat during lunch at school. Anyone have any type of ideas on what I could either bring to school or anything? My school has salads at school, and I can buy water, but I really dont want people to know I'm dieting.

Bring some chicken or tuna to throw in a salad , or boiled eggs, and a half an avacado, or ceasar salad or a cup of soup broth. Or thousands of other mixtures of your induction foods. Eating healthy doesn't necessarily mean your dieting.I have found a lot of people in here to tell me that this is not a diet but a way of life. I like that thought.

Chef Salad- Baby Spinich, boiled eggs, chicken or any meat, shredded cheese, cucumbers, crumbled bacon, Hidden Valley Ranch. Bring your own bottled water.

Grilled Chicken is good cold...have that with sliced cucumbers that have marinated in a little bit of Paul Newman's Vinagarette dressing. The new Arizona No Carb Blueberry Iced Tea (Walgreens) is a real treat.

If you can heat things up, cook several hamburger patties at a time and put them in baggies, ready to eat, you could melt cheese on one at school and eat it with (or on) a salad.

I know you are in induction, but a little later, you could have tuna on Atkins wheat or Atkins white bread.
