Hey youbet thanks much for the encouragement. I'm not changeing my stats but the scale did move some this week. Funny thing is TOM came on the same day. I am going to hold off on taking the loss because of it.

Ahh! Something similar happened to me. I didn't gain anything right before my TOM. It just slowed down a lot, then the first couple days I was up half a pound, then way before it was over I started dropping again. It was sort of cool.

youbet, congrats on your half a pound loss! That's great! You've already lost so much, it'll probably go slow for awhile, but I bet you can notice it a ton more than anyone noticed 2 or 3 pounds of a loss from me!

I'm posting with a 2.5 pound loss since Friday! 37.5 more to go!

Had a few days this week where I was retaining too much water... Apparently had way too much sodium one day. Oops. My weight loss is back on track finally. Down to 217.5. 35.5 more to go!

Hi Everyone. You guys are doing great! My loss is now settling down to .5 lbs a week. I just have to keep at it. I'm good with the food and the calories, but I guess i'm just slow. ;-)
