I have been on atkins since 3/1 but only lost 2 lbs so i guess i need some 'working' to do on it....

So today im trying HARDER and looking for someone to diet buddy with. Someone in their upper 20's or early 30's who is around the same weight as me...

I was getting ready to write a post asking for a buddy when I saw yours. Hmmm....current weight only 10 lb. difference, same goal weight--can't get much closer than that! Although I'm not strictly Atkins now, I have done it before (twice). Hoping 3rd time LC'ing will be a charm!

WOW THIS IS GREAT!! Are you new here too? I am so bear with me! Okay uhhmmm now what do we do from here???? do we just go here and talk about food days, weight, etc? or do we email each other?

Well first let me say that TODAY I AM 24 HOURS CHEATFREE!! YIPPEE That is a big step so far. All i keep thinking and focusing on is how GOOD i am gonna look thinner, and NOTHING TASTES better than that thought!

So how are you holding up? How many days has it been? Tell me everything your going thru and feeling!

Not exactly new here--recently came back. I used to come here about a year and a half ago--until my webtv got struck by lightning. Now I have a pc connected to a good surge strip!

What do we do now....hmmm...I'm gonna go check out your journal, you're welcome to check out mine. We can talk about anything--I'm an open book--lol.

I'm doing so-so. I feel fine--the problems I'm having are not getting enough water or veggies, and my weekly "cheat meal" has turned into a "cheat day". Oh yeah--I'm also trying to cut back on the SF candy. I've been eating way too much of it the last couple days (and paying for it too!). I'm thinking it's probably due to pms (chocolate cravings), which, btw, is not nearly as bad as it usually is.
