I have binged on hot X buns

I was doing so well but I had 2 this morning!

Does anyone know how many carbs are there in ASDA's hot X buns?

Hi Daisie

I hope that you are firmly back on the wagon now and those hot cross buns are a distant memory.

Just looked at the Tesco website and they say their hot cross buns are 36 carbs each.

Have a good low carb week.

My book lists 17 HCB's but not asda's.
They vary from 44-58 carbs/100g and most weigh around 70-80g.
Woops!
Tomorrow is another day!
