Question Supplements??

Hello-
What are the most important supplements to be taking? I am a graduate student and therefore am on a rather limited budget
I am taking a multi-vitamin with minerals, a fish oil supplement with the Omega 3's, and an anti-oxidant. Is this sufficient?
I have seen many people recommend the CoQ10 but I have found that to be rather expensive. Is it necessary?

Thank you in advance for any replies.

It seems you are taking all the necessary basic suppliments. I've tried CoQ10 and didn't notice any difference.

I would add in magnesium and calcuim. Magnesium is very important for helping stop mussel cramps.

I use the multi + Potassium + Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc + Folic Acid + Fish Oil + Vitamin C. I just buy everything at Sam's Club. I went into a large health food center near me and I was so shocked by the prices I walked around with my hands behind my back so I didn't do anything stupid.
