Default question about butter

Do you know if we are supposed to limit how much butter we eat??? I am not in induction (anymore), and I haven't seemed to find specifics about this in the book. Thanks!

No limit. You can use butter liberally in all phases of the program.

I am finding it hard to get to 70% fat in my meal plan. I wonder if that is why I haven't lost yet....I feel like I am eating a ton of it but when I plug everything in on fitday I usually just slightly more fat than protein 5-55-40. I am cooking using butter and stuff like that to add more. I am having a slight problem figuring this all out because I usually put it what I am going to have for dinner after lunch so I can see what I still have to add. I already have pretty much eaten (or planned to eat for dinner) all my veggies, cheese and I don't know what I can do to up my fat and not my protein...besides eating spoonfuls of butter as I read earlier in another post yuck!! Does anyone know if I should be counting my oil supplements??
