Smile Have you ever felt full?

Now this is probably an odd question, but it dawned on me yesterday, after hearing a conversation from a gal that had a bariatric bypass operation, that I had never felt full in my life until recently. When I started to do Atkins Jan. 20th, 2004, I noticed after a few days on Induction, that I wasn't hungry anymore, but I still never felt full. Well, recently I started using Oil of oregno that I saw on another thread, and I feel like I have a basketball in my stomach and cannot over eat even when I want to more than I should. This does not hurt, it just feels like I am so full I cannot eat anymore even though I am eating very little. Has this happened to anyone else?
Deb

Hi Deb!
I just started the OOO yesterday, but I have been feeling full or satiated within the first few days of this WOL. It's probably the metformin for me, though. I've spent my whole adult life eating constantly. Even after a large meal, I'd browse the kitchen and eat until I was so stuffed I couldn't move, but never felt "full." I ate my way up to 255 at one point.

I've been semi-low carbing since 1/19 but began PPLP and an OoO regiment today. I have not been hungry all day, a small portion of food looks like a feast to me. Also I am not having any carb cravings yet like I did last summer (days 1-12 were complete hell for me!).

I just had a tuna salad wrap and a small salad for lunch and I feel like I just ate T-day dinner - twice! Very strange.
