Okay where do you get it and how much is it??LOL.

I posted my experience on many similar threads, sorry for the repetition, but the original poster new, she might have not read it:-)

I lost 35 lbs, reached my goal weight relatively easily in 7 months without loosing even one inch from my waist line. (Despite doing some kind of core exercise every day.)
Weeks later suddenly my waist started to shrink - without loosing more weight. 4 months after I reached my goal weight, I had my previous shape body back:-)) (Actually much better:-)

After my three pregnancies in my 20s my waist line shrank very fast, so
it is possible, the reason is my age (46), or the way how the fat moves about. (See this post among Best Of Threads:

This is very interesting, Galadriell! I am curious to know how tall you are? My goal weight is 130...but I've been wondering if that's a bit ambitious for me...I'm 5'4 and 34yo. But every time I look at my belly I think....there's no way I'll get rid of this belly by 140! Maybe it will just take time after?
