Welcome to the forum and to Atkins!

I've lost 55 lbs. since May 2003. I took a two month semi-hiatus during Nov and Dec for the holidays and promptly got back on track right after New Years. I have 28 lbs. to goal.

Do you really weigh 86 pounds?! or did you mean 86kg. How much are you wanting to lose?

I lost 50 pounds since October last year. I consider myself pretty much done, just dancing around the edges a bit.

I lost 47 pounds and made goal between April and november of last year. Over the holidays I gained 8 back (all my fault) and havn't been able to shake them. Part of problem is winter blahs keeping me from exercising.

I started Atkins in september 2002 and I have lost 20 kg. I still have to lose at least 15 kg. So I am not losing very quickly (I haven't lost any weight for over 8 months)

68 el bees since May 03.
I made 2 goals so far.
1. Getting off BP meds.
2. Breaking thru the 200 el bees barrier.

Stretch golas are:
190, then 185 and keeping the weight off forever.

I have been on the plan since 5 Jan 2004, (about 8 weeks) and have lost 27 lbs so far.

I am really looking forward to being under 200 and seeing 199 on the scale, but lately I already see a measurment loss that puts me back in smaller clothes, so I am really finding some courage from that. I am trying not to be so hooked on the scale, but it does feel good!! I am hoping someday to see what a "woosh" is.
But as I have consistently loss a minimum of 2 lbs a week I cant complain at all.

I started this WOE on October 27, 2003 (129 days ago) and to this date have lost a total of 53 pounds. However, I am not even halfway to goal ~ another 60 pounds to go. I am not losing like I did at the beginning (youwill hear a lot of people say that here). I am losing about 2 pounds a week now.

Hi! I started LCing in July 2002, reached goal in September 2003, and lost 25 lbs. Other people have lost much quicker, but everyone is metabolically different (I also went through a 5 1/2 month stall). Good luck on your LC journey!!!

I'll ask too. Do you only weigh what you show on your stats? If so, you must be super skinny. One thing is for sure, hope you are not aiming to lose any weight. I lost 65 lbs in 9 months. I took it slow and am truly enjoying Maintenance.
