It looks like NitroTech is pretty much a protein shake. The chocolate shake nutrition information lists 1.5 g of fat, 20 g of protein, and 3 g of carbs (3g total - 1g fiber = 2 net g of carbs). In addition, the shake is only 110 calories. This is not enough for a breakfast on Atkins. It is probably fine as a protein supplement.

Additionally, in Atkins, most of our calories should come from fat. Have you read "Dr. Atkin's New Diet Revolution?" It has all of the info you need to understand how the Atkins plan works. These forums are a great source of info too!
I've learned a lot here.

It's just protein and stuff..nothing that'll harm you if you're not lifting weights. Mixed with water it's pretty gross, but maybe with some low carb milk, or in water with a small blob of heavy cream added....would make a great breakfast. We keep nitro tech around.

You can also mix some with an egg and drop into some oil for timbits
