Talking sesame seeds

Just wanted to let everyone know that sesame seeds are a good snack or to cook with they have 3grams of carbs but all 3 are from fiber!

Wow! I love sesame seeds. Per Fitday, though, they have about 7 grams ECC per half cup, so you wouldn't want to eat a ton of them.

Still, I'll definitely be cooking with them. LOVE that flavor.

I use sesame seeds in my stir fry sometimes. I also make my own tahini and dip veggies in it.

Sesame oil has a wonderful flavor to it as well. I use it pretty often.

They aren't all fiber. many nuts will already presubtract fiber. About the only really carb free foods are oils and meats. Even some seafood has carbs, and many emats are injected with carbs these days.
