Question Splenda/cinnamon covered almonds?

Does anyone have a recipe for something like this? I don't know what to use to make the dry ingredients stick to the almonds.

Thanks!
Breeze

Sounds yummy! You might try a light spray of PAM, or if you don't like that, try dipping them in some melted butter.

I posted a recipe on here that you should try

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...188#post1655188

I adapted this from a recipe my SO's mother made over the holidays. Her's wasn't LC and was called sweedish nuts. The origional recipe called for walnuts. She used mixed nuts that contained almonds. I prefer pecans because they gain a nice soft texture. Just add cinnimon to the maringue. You'll have to figure out measurements.
