Default Sugar Crazy!!!

hello...
Ive been on atkins numerous times in the past and was very successful but I then stopped and gained about 30 pounds.
That's all I can think about from when i wake up to when i go to sleep (all boated and achy)
I didn't gain that much at first, i actually stayed the same but I them had a sudden constant craving for sugar. I never wanted sugar at all when i was LCing but not thats all i want. Sugar always leads me to overeat and overeat bad foods.
For the past weeks Ive tried to get back on atkins but couldnt due to the lack of sugar. I cheated the same day I started and gained 5 lbs in a day.
I remember when i was LCing before, I used to eat a LC bar and Lc chocolates everyday and then I began to cut them completly out of my diet and did a pure induction for months and thats when the real pounds came off.

I was wondering, do you think I can first rely on the SF foods for now and then go towards an induction later? I was hoping this would help with my sugar cravings and since it worked for me before, could it work again?

Really the best way to get rid of sugar cravings is to go cold turkey. You might also look into L-Glutamine which many swear helps with the cravings.

With your height are you sure it's sugar cravings and not actual hunger. It seems you are pushing your weight below where it may want to go.
