Thumbs up

MMMMMMMM all sounds yummy!!

My Favs

Mushrooms stuffed with crab and mozz cheese
Beef Jerky - Sugar Free (got a great recipe on homemade)
Olives stuffed with cream cheese
Celery and Peanut Butter
Pepperoni stuffed with cheese and microwaved

Garbage eggs - Fry up chunks of bacon with onion, green pepper, mushrooms and zucchini then add eggs and mix it all together - looks gross but my whole family loves it!!

Once a week treat - Lo carb pizza shells literally heaped with cheese, meats and pepperoni

Cashews - sauted in olive oil till brown then blotted on paper towels and sprinkled with Sea Salt. Great warm and good cold.

-Atkins Vanilla Shake mix, mix it a 1/2 strength, add 1/2 dozen whole strawberries and a packet of Splenda. Or, instead of splenda add a scoop of Bryer's low carb strawberry ice cream. Puree the whole thing for a great shake.
-Mushrooms Sauteed in butter and olive oil
-Sunflower seeds
