I see alot of you eat olives. Which olive is acceptable, black or green?

both, but greens have lower carbs I think.

I personally love black and the 6 or 7 black olives I eat dont really make a difference

love olives I thought black were lower in carb...I could be wrong though

I don't eat them every day but I know they help with keeping my fat and calorie up (and they taste so good!)

Atkins says even during induction you can have 16-20 a day...so they must be good LOL

According to my carb counter, both green and black only have trace carbs

My carb counter (Atkins) tells me that
5 green olives contain 2.5 carbs
5 black olives contain 0.7 carbs
