Default Keto hot cereal? How long are you "full"?

I had a dish of Keto apple/cin. this morning... umm good! I added 2 drops of carmel syrup stuff the 0 carb stuff and a tbsp of half/half - I loved it! But I was hungry an hour later.

I just ate a salad and pork chop. YUM!

I'll likely be full for a long time now.

I really enjoyed the keto cereal as it reminded me of instant cream of wheat in texture.

But like those sugar laden hot cereals I used to eat, i'm hungry again so soon.

The Keto usually fills me up for quite a while. I love the Banana Cream.

I'm usually full from the KETO hot cereal for about two hours.

I like to have an Atkins shake to get me between breakfast and lunch as a result.
Usually have it about 2 1/2 hours after breakfast.

I tired the banana KETO and wasn't full even right after. I thought it was nasty, soupy and just not worth it. The container ended up in the trash.

I learned to make my own hot cereal though. It seems to really help fill me up in the mornings and tide me over until lunch or later. I've also been known on a really lazy night to have it at dinenr too

I make my own hot cereal and I'm usually full until lunch!

1/3 cup of ground flaxmeal & 1 scoop of Chocolate whey protein powder, mix & add hot water. Add cinammon, Splenda & Syrup to taste.

Flax-o-meal makes a good hot cereal. I think the one we like is a maple pecan flavor.

2 bowls Keto w/ half n half
1 salad & one LARGE pork chop.
1 choc truffle (RS)

Will have dinner tonight.

If you find your KETO Hot Cereal is too runny, the answer is simple:

You put too much water in it!

I find that the minimum (3oz water to 2 scoops cereal) works best for me.

The Keto hot cereal by itself tastes too much like paste to me. I add a couple Tbls. of bran and a scoop of vanilla whey powder and some cinnamon (apple cinnamon flavor).

It still only keeps me for a couple of hours, but I take it to work and eat on my morning break.
