Hi folks,

We have just created this forum (Fern's idea) for members who want to share their exercise routines and give and get feedback on other member's exercise programs and support.

Wa'il,

I think I should have made the preceding reply a separate thread. Would you be able to make it a thread under "Gym Logs" and call it "Sweat Hog" ? Sorry for the inconvenience. :>)

No problem,

What title do you want to give it? It will be made a seperate thread with a title of your choice.

Wa'il,

Would you name it "Missydog's Regimen"? Not a very creative title, but it's the best I can do!

Thanks.

Thumbs up Good Idea

Dan, Fern, Wa'il

Can't say I was thrilled with this idea when it was first suggested ... instinctive resistance to exercise LOL.

{Fern: BUT I am glad you made this exercise log--i think it is going to help lots of people!!! } Having read some of the logs has helped (she admits grudgingly ...) made me think about exercise and the importance I am giving it in my life.

Step 1 ... Thinking about it ... mulling for nearly a week
Step 2 ... Reading other people's logs
Step 3 ... Thinking about starting my own log
Step 4 ... What on earth would I put in it??? Felt Stupid, self-critical, judgmental, awful about it.
Step 5 ... New Exercise Regime beginning
Step 6 ... Inspiration , Motivation, New Log Started... feeling Grrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttttttttttt !!

Step 7 ... a very big Thank You

Take care.

fiona....

I found it pretty humourous to read the above quote since here I was at Step 2 myself. I keep thinking that maybe keeping an exercise log that (hopefully) someone else will see will help to get me motivated!!

I'd like to completely reinvent myself physically!

Thanks for the giggle!

Marlaine
