Agreed - cutting back from the "barely any" on induction to zero is a surefire way to get really constipated, which would probably add to scale weight.

Sorry, you're getting ragged on anyway. Being a wrestler doesn't make crash dieting any better of an idea. *shrug* Your best bet is to eat as "pure" a diet as possible, maybe an Atkins KIS type of thing - no processed food, no dairy, no artificial sweeteners, just plain meat, eggs, fats and veggies. Be prepared to feel sick and dizzy.
