Default Questions from a newbie

I was on induction for 4 weeks, lost 28 lbs, and I have started to incorporate the lc bread & tortillas into my diet, as well as the danon lc yogurt. DANDR doesnt mention a lot of the new lc foods that are out there, I was wondering if it is ok to eat these, and I would love any tips anyone has for me.
Thanks

I think these items are supposed to be added after certain rungs of OWl I'm pretty sure "flour" items are very last.

The rungs of OWL are: (add 5 gms carbs at a time)

More low carb veggies then add
fresh cheeses and more aged cheeses then
seeds and nuts then
berries then
wine and other lo carb alcohol then
legumes then
other fruits then
startchy veggies then
grains (here is where bread comes in)

They should be added in this order and added very slowly. You want to stay on each rung of OWL for long enough to see how your body is going to handle this.
