Question Vitamin Question

I'm starting Atkins Monday and I'm trying to get everything together this weekend. (groceries, tools etc) I've got some vitamins that I'm wondering if it's enough or if I should get others.

I've got "Jamieson Mega-Vim" Level 4 Potency Multivitamin which I bought at Wal-Mart. Anyone familiar with them? Also I heard that taking L-Glutamine helps with cravings. Can anyone recommend anything else? Thanks for your help.

The most important thing is to make sure your vitamins contain no sugars or starches and that it has a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals.

This kind has no sugar, salt, starch or gluten. Is there any one vitamin or mineral that should have a specific level? For example should iron not exceed so many mg? Or should Vit C be above a certain level. (these are just examples that I'm using)

That differs for different people but a good multi will have well above the RDA amount for the major nutrients such as C and A.
