Pork Roast
WOW did I flub up good...I intended to make Italian roast beef but I accidentally bought a pork roast. That was the best flub I've ever made and sooooo easy.
Italian Pork Roast
1 3-5 lb. pork butt or any other cut
1 pkg. dry au jus mix
1 pkg. dry italian dressing mix
1 c. water
Combine the water with the mixes. Cut slits in roast and pour mix over pork roast. Let marinate in the mixture over night. In the morning, transfer to crockpot, juice and all, and cook on low for about 8 hrs. It was sooo juicy and tender. I had that with some mashed fauxtatoes and I think that was the best meal I've had on this diet.
