I have just started really working out for the past couple of weeks myself. I have been feeling great! I have found on the days I work out if I eat the more "fatty" things it helps a great deal, that is when I feel like I can run forever. Side note I hate to run.) Yes, I do know the feeling though, some days I feel exhausted. When I think back though I realize those are the days I have really not had all that much to eat. Props to you for working out!!!! I have lost a lot of weight in just a couple of weeks from starting to go to the gym. So I think you have made a great decision. Keep it up, and maybe try eating more!
