okay......so i'm on vacation and one of my missions this week is to buy low carb bread ingredients....tired of pay $6 for a can of keto bread!!!!!!

ANYONE HAVE A GOOD, BASIC BREAD MACHINE RECIPE THEY'D LIKE TO SHARE??????????????

oh my word, karen.....i went to that link and got all of my ingrediants for the low carb bread....

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!........

so close to "normal" bread it's unreal....and the loaf????.....well lemme tell ya about the loaf.....it rose SOOOOOOO high inn my machine that if the door wasn't latch, it probably would have come out of the chamber!!!!!

i WILL be going to this site more often for recipes...

Cannot find Bob's flour anywhere in the Southeastern Virginia area - can't find Oat Flour or whey protein either!! Any tips/chains or online resources?

I know here in NC I can purchase Bob's products at Kroger, and at some local whole foods stores.

If you cannot find them locally, they are available on line.
