You are right...the answer is no more than 1 coffee/cream in less than 15 minutes a day, outside of RM. In my version of CALP it says black coffee/decaf/tea at other times is okay.
I always have the equivalent of two coffees in the morning...I put it all in a big travel cup with no more than 2 oz milk or cream and drink fast. If you find the larger amount of coffee causes you to stall or crave, even within the 15 minute time frame, cut back.
