Default Atkins - skin poll

1- Is your skin better on Atkins?

2 - If your skin is better, are you taking vitamins?

3- If your skin is worse are you taking vitamins?

4- Do you think your skin is the same as before Atkins?

My skin made a remarkable improvement when I stopped using hydrogenated oils.

I have to comment on this. I had very itchy skin for years before I began LCing. When I began reading about doing this on his website, I realized that itchy skin was a symptom of hypoglycemia. I had suspected that I had had hypoglycemia for years. I also suffered from migraines ( another symptom ). These and the other hypo symptoms gave me the comfort that this might be just the ticket for me. Well, needless to say, the itchy skin and migraines are gone.

2. yes

Although my skin was never a problem, it was dry and I would break out on my chin and my neck area. It is not as flakey now and no more breakouts.

1. My skin is better, much clearer and healthy looking.
2. I do take vitamins (GNC Mega Multi for men, ester C,
Fish Oils, etc.).

I haven't really noticed a difference in my skin ~ other than it is dry, but I blame that on the winter weather. My skin soaks up the body lotion!
