Default I need info on KISS or Fat Flush

Can anyone give me the lowdown on these programs? I'm just so frustrated with not losing on Atkins that I thought this might be the way to go.

Hi Bluetuck,

KISS is just a "no frills" version of Atkins. You'll find the rules here: http://www.angelfire.com/rnb/irock/kiss_rules.html

To follow the Fat Flush Plan, you'll need to buy a copy of Anne Louise Gittleman's book called The Fat Flush Plan.
Here is some info on the plan: http://www.lowcarb.ca/atkins-diet-a...flush-plan.html

Before going to those extreams though, why not look at smaller ways you maybe can get things moving.

How long has it been since you've lost weight? Remember in the third week of Atkins it is very common to have a slow down or small break while your body catches up. If you have lost 12 pounds in those first 2 weeks, then you aren't doing bad at all. Atkins is not a quick weight loss diet. Most lose 10% of the weight they need to in induciton, then 5% each month after.

Also why not post menus on here. Maybe someone can offer advice. Are you using www.fitday.com to keep track of carbs and calories? is the majority of your calories coming from fat? Are you avoiding bars, shakes, candies, and other LC treats?
