Default too much fat?

Hi, I just have a question. I have been keeping my carbs under 20, have eliminated all "fake food", and artificial sweeteners. I feel great about that. I just have one question. Can eating fast food burgers (w/o the bun of course!) be hurting my weightloss? That's pretty much all I eat. Is it better to eat lower fat meats like chicken? I just feel like I'm not gettin anywhere with this. Any advise would be awesome. Thank you so much!

Fat is your friend. The more you eat, the faster you will lose weight (typically).

That said, fast-food anything is not healthy if that's "pretty much all you eat." Get some variety in your diet, including lots of veggies — order a salad at Wendy's next time, instead of a burger, or hit Subway for their low-carb wraps.

One last word of warning: Since you only have 10 pounds to lose, it may be slow going for you. Some people lose 10 pounds in the first week, but this is not likely to happen for someone as small as yourself. It's typical to lose 10% of what you want to lose in the first two weeks — in your case, 1 pound. Don't be discouraged if this happens to you. Just stick to the plan and know that you're doing great!

Thanks so much for the encouragement...I'm just starting to question myself even though looking at fitday since I've really commited to this WOE my carbs are low and my cals are lower (not to low mind you) naturally. Food doesn't control my thoughts all day like it used to. After lurking around this forum since Nov. I finally, FINALLY realized it for myself...now I just need to lose my 10lbs and fit back into some of my clothes. Ha..

Also remember that you have very little to lose. The less you have to lose the slower the weightloss will be.
