Default Whoosh I did it again!!!

Although I had to weigh myself about eighteen times to make sure it wasn't a fluke I am now at my lowest weight since the baby!!! 177.4 from 179. So I survived the cheat week and lived to tell and lose again.

I will say this though---It still kind of irks me that I completely wasted a week of weight loss on little and meaningless cheats. So not to be preachy but don't do it!!! One bite and you feel like another piece of pizza would be a good idea and the next day it's the same thing except you don't want to admit that all you're cheating has triggered carb cravings again and so on and so forth!!!

It's a MESS! Maybe some people can totally handle themselves with just one bite of hot fudge sunday but I am going to celebrate my sudden one and a half pound loss by saying out loud: I AM NOT ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE!!!

That felt good Thanks for letting me share-Emmsy

Way to go Emmy. Keep up the good work and give yourself a pat on the back.

Good job. Many of us can't do the just-one-bite routine. I used to think I could but then realized I was having considerably more than one bite and more often than just once in awhile.

Good Going Emmsy! I am also NOT one of those people who "can totally handle themselves with just one bite of hot fudge sunday!" One bite would definately not be enough! LOL
