Default For those in pre-maintenance, what are your Fitday percentages?

I have tried to keep my percentages at 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs.
Now that I've started raising my carbs, what should my percentages be? Does protein still stay at 25%?
I have no problems with the percentages if I am eating less than 30 carbs/day. Once I go past 30, I have trouble reconciling this numbers.
I would like to hear from those that are succesful at this.
Thanks!

When I was around 40-50g of carbs a day, my fat was still up around 50-55%

Protien should always remain constant, because this is not a high protien diet, it's a high fat one. For people getting way to much protien though, it should lower. As carbs raise though the fat percentage needs to lower. If you are upping carbs while still keeping at 5% of them contributing to yoru calories, then you are just adding on more calories. High carb and high fat = weight gain.

Instead keep yoru claories steady while raising the carbs and loweirng the fat. That way only the percentages of fat and carbs change.
